Led by craft. Driven by ambition. Defined by excellence.
In 2026, we’re bringing you behind the scenes as we build the Cuzin Cartel from the ground up-from menu creation… to tastings… to the first truck hitting the streets.
No hype. No noise. Just real craft and the pursuit of excellence.
Early access to drops, tastings, and the journey to 2027....
with a little something extra reserved for the ones who get in early.
Our Story
Two Cousins.
Two Paths.
One Vision.
Long before Cuzin Cartel existed, two cousins were born months apart, destined for similar paths yet raised in separate worlds.
No shared childhood just two young men hustling their way through life on opposite sides of the map.
In 2022, they reconnected and instantly found the parallels:
Phil refining fine-dining craft as a chef.
Lester mastering elevated culinary experiences, hospitality instincts, and the business discipline to bring big visions to life.
By 2025, they joined forces early mornings, late nights, recipes, menus, tastings, and strategy sessions shaping a brand built on Craft, Ambition, and excellence.
Cuzin Cartel is the result of destiny finally aligning.

First Taste
What’s coming
isn’t just a truck.
It’s a statement.
Built around bold flavors, elevated technique, and an unapologetic respect for craft, our first mobile kitchen is designed to blur the line between street food and fine dining.
Expect familiar ingredients treated with precision. Classic combinations reimagined with intention.
Every detail considered from the heat of the grill to the final bite.
This is food is meant to be felt as much as tasted.
Comfort, turned confident. Indulgence, done right.
The full story won’t be revealed yet.
But when it rolls out, you’ll know because nothing else on the street will feel like it.

FOUNDERS
Meet the Minds Behind the Cartel
Two cousins who didn’t grow up together but found their way back to each other years later.
Raised in different worlds, they built their lives through discipline, ambition, and grit before ever building a brand.
One sharpened his craft in professional kitchens.
The other learned how to build, sell, and scale businesses.
Cuzin Cartel was born at the intersection of those paths where culinary execution meets vision and standards meet storytelling.
This isn’t about chasing trends or copying what’s already out there.
It’s about honoring where they came from, raising expectations, and creating a legacy that lasts far beyond the first truck.
Built on craft. Driven by ambition. Focused on legacy.
